Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle No. 26
Established in 1812, Champagne Laurent-Perrier has a long tradition of innovation in Champagne. It’s Grand Siecle celebrates Louis XIV’s era known as the “Great Century”. In a replica of a 17th Century bottle evoking the radiance of that period, Laurent-Perrier’s prestige cuvée embodies luxury, magnificence and elegance fit for a king. Twelve of the most prestigious villages supply the grapes; all of them classified 100% Grands Crus. Within the vineyards of these villages, only the very best plots are selected, as are the finest musts from the pressings. The blended wine is aged during the second fermentation on the yeast for approximately five years.

Dalla Valle “Maya” Proprietary Red Blend 2019
Maya is named after founders Naoko and Gustav’s daughter. In 1983, Gustav and Naoko Dalla Valle began planting vines on the hillside of Oakville, overlooking Napa valley. Their vineyards produce excellent quality grapes, resulting in wines of great intensity, complexity and balance. Harlan Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
For over two decades, Harlan Estate has been committed to creating a California “first growth” wine estate. Founded in 1984, Harlan Estate is set in the western hills of Oakville, rising above the fabled Napa Valley benchlands. Carved from the raw land and built for generations, the estate is over 240 acres of natural spendor, 15% of which are under vine, planted to the classic varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Matching the perfect 2018, the 2019 Harlan Estate is deeper and richer than the Maiden and has an incredibly pure, layered perfume of ripe currants, truffle, tobacco leaf, chocolate, and gravelly earth. This carries to a full-bodied red with building yet fine tannins, incredible purity of fruit, and flawless balance reminding one of a First Growth from Bordeaux.
JD100 RP100 JS100 D100 NAPA VALLEY 1ST GROWTH
In an unmarked territory, hidden beyond the upper reaches of Oakville’s southwestern borderlands, Promontory looms remote, raw, and replete with uncharted potential. Steeped in history yet largely overlooked in the twentieth century, the scale of this undiscovered territory evokes the impression of a small national park. These lands embody all the hallmarks of an unparalleled wine growing estate – diversity of soil, elevation, exposition, and climate – all within a single and dramatic expanse. Ripe black fruits, chocolatey, lead pencil shaving, roasted herbs, and tobacco and this beauty hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a deep, layered, concentrated mid-palate, ultra-fine tannins, and an incredible finish. It doesn’t get any better. This has the class of a First Growth from Bordeaux paired with a Napa sense of texture and fruit.
Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Spottswoode is an historic vineyard and winery located on the western edge of St. Helena. The estate was established in 1882 by George Schonewald, and the Spotts family owned the property from 1910 until its purchase in 1972 by Mary Weber Novak and Dr. Jack Novak. After Jack died unexpectedly in 1977, Mary carried out their shared dream, and Cabernet Sauvignon was produced in 1982, exactly 100 years after the estate’s founding. Lovely fragrant blackberry and black cherry fruit, cassis, and rich tobacco spices with lovely fresh earth notes and a sweet kiss of new wood cedar. Incredibly concentrated dark berry fruit with fabulously angular tannins with smooth long beams with crisp edges. And a finish of dark saturated fruit that goes and goes for days.

Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
First planted to vines in the 1880’s, Eisele Vineyard sits in the northeast Napa Valley, just east of Calistoga at the base of the Palisades Mountain Range. Farmed organically since 1998 and biodynamically since 2000, the site has been principally dedicated to Cabernet Sauvignon for the last fifty years. Beginning with the inaugural release bearing the Eisele name in 1971, this iconic vineyard has received consistent recognition for possessing one of the great terriors of Napa Valley. The stunning 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon slowly reveals a gorgeous perfume of violets and roses over a core of kirsch, boysenberries and cassis plus hoints of redcurrant jelly and menthol. The palate is built like a brickhouse, featuring ripe, grainy tannins and bold freshness to support vivacious fruit layers finishing long and mineral laced.
